[CW] Signal Corps Morse Writing

Not since WWII, at most of the Signal schools I visited it was plain old block letters.
After that it was with a "Mill" (Typewriter).... Ask some of the Intercept operators if they learned that way!!!!

  The Signal Corps and others used this style of writing to copy Morse.  It is a fast way to write Morse code down.
