[CW] K5MSY using a PS-213 (non A version) Key

This fellow has a very nice fist and the key is most unusual it is a PS213
key - the rare non A version.

The PS213 keys were used at the GPO radio stations in the UK.

Our musician friend who traveled on passenger ships - secretly pining for
the R/O's job - John, G0RDO has quite a bit of information on this type of
key as did our dear departed friend, D. Wyn Davies, who is greatly missed
for his knowledge and sense of humor.  Both enjoyed this list greatly - and
I suspect that John who is self-described as "Morse Mad" will chime in with
some nice information in addition to this.

I think that K5SMY might be able to pass the 25 wpm sending test with that
key - he certainly bursts up to that speed in the video.
