[CW] use of AR

Heard one of the FOC ops doing just that , this morning, dont kow why AR is
suddenly a fad.
As to KN. it should indeed be used by stations turning the QSO back to the
other one. It means 'GO AHEAD - the station I am talking to" That way no
one else would call??? If you used K, that is an open invitation to"all".
