[CW] use of AR

Hello everyone,

Roy's message and mine passed in the night without seeing each other!

The AR does have it roots in traffic handling, but ARRL did something that
really muddled the soup.  See my previous email if you are interested.  I
think ARRL's use - in one instance - is confusing and other radio services K
is used, so I just use K at the end.
