[CW] Copy speed (Was: Straight key vs paddle)

Speaking of MILLS.......Is there anyone, anywhere who knows how to find 
one??
I've checked all the "usual suspects", and have come up dry.   Would love to 
add one to
my shack.  (All CAPS OF COURSE)
