[CW] Fw: 3600-3700 frequencies

Hello Scott:

1.Thanks for your time monitoring the 3600-3700 mostly wasteland.

2.I dont have any data to add except that there have been a few AM stations
   trying to establish a new calling frequency in different spots.

3.The absence of other signals is clearly (in my opinion)due to higher class
   stations not wanting to desert their buddies on the remaining frequencies.

   This also points out the reluctance of the lower class ops to upgrade.
   Who could blame them? There is virtually no one there to work anyway.

4.I am sure ARRL would be interested in your data.
