[CW] Fw: 3600-3700 frequencies

Thanks Mike.  Mike's right.   It's Extra class only!

I was thinking 3700 and up - in my mind that was the old Novice band!
That's Advanced and up.  The RTTY and old CW net band is now Extra
class only.

What a mess it is -
