I've known several OT's that sold off their stations after retirement,
just when they have the time to operate, I suspect one big possibility is
the onset of tinnitus. This has become a problem for me, I have reduced
the intensity and how late in the day it starts it by avoiding caffeine,
aspirin and loud noises, save my 5 year old son.
(when he starts yelling, I start yelling and at least I cut it short)
