[CW] Any Help with identifying this key?

   I made one many years ago from an old computer mouse, the two buttons were micro-switches.
It worked fine (as an iambic paddle) but I simply didn't care for it in use.  The micro-switches 
were not nearly as smooth as the "good ole' bencher."  For someone without a thumb on their favored 
hand such would be great.
