[CW] Thinking about tubes

I used the Kenwood Twins T599D and R599D for some time.
My memory was that they were great on CW.
I had purchased the WARC band upgrade but never installed it and sold
the set with the kit a year or so later.
I have considered buying a set to have to remember from those days.
