[CW] coded groups on 6.9562 MHz

The others who send code groups are 4ZO Haifa Naval Radio (Israel) and
our FEMA stations - the FEMA stations send identification at xx00
hours only every hour!  4ZO sends a marker identification when it
isn't sending traffic.

Of course, it could also be a numbers / spy station.
