[CW] Code Stuff - like the CW bands!

Scott,

Those frequencies - see below - were my suggestions for "new band" on 80 meters.

Jim's plan doesn't give enough band for CW.  My band expands the CW
section to 125 kHz and moves the RTTY boys back up where they used to
be - but gives them more room.

25 kHz - Extra CW - DX window
100 kHz CW only 3525-3625 kHz.
75 kHz for RTTY.
300 kHz for Phone/SSTV.

It is the mixture of RTTY into the CW band - forcing them below 3600
that caused all the problem with 80 meters.
