[CW] Send CW from laptop?

[Okie Sam]

I have a laptop computer that has a serial port and USB.

I would like to connect laptop to radio and use to send CW.  I don't need it
for receiving - I can do that well enough in my head - but at higher speeds
my sending is not what is was 30 years ago.

Any suggestions?
