[CW] Johnny Cash - CW op

I cant get the hang of walking into a strange station, and running a contest
using computers for logging. I gotta do things over and over and over
and..... Well you get the idea. But, the guys at the field day site have
gotten used to me sending with one hand, loggon paper with the other, and
talking to visitors with one side of my mouth, while the other side drnks a
Dr Pepper. One of them is able to sit and read over my shoulder, and log
into the computer, from my notes. Its just second nature to do it. It was
mentioned that some ops dont write anything down, I write EVERYTHING, or I
wont remember it long enough to type it in those little spaces. Either
that, or I simply go onto a MSWord screen and type it in that way, as I hear
it.

At one time, when I was in Ethiopia, we got the US Forces newspaper from
Germany and someone in there wrote a letter to the editor claiming to be the
fastest one handed typist in the world, and then of course another dozen
chimed in saying THEY were the fastest. This went on for days on end, and
finally I wrote a letter stating I had no claims to such fame , and God had
given me two good hands to type with, but had I had one claim to fame, and
that was to find the dumbest letters to the editor in the newspaper. That
stopped that! On the other hand (pun intended) I CAN type one handed, while
also sending - by hand key - with the other hand, and that helps
considerably.
