[CW] What is best CW transceiver??

I agree with Joe - the K2 or K2/100 is probably the
best deal for the dollar.  Great on CW, pretty decent on
SSB, no bells and whistles, but you probably don't need
them!
The K3 is a little better receiver, a little better transmitter,
and a raft of bells and whistles --- but you pay for them!
QSK is not real great on the K2, but it is passable and it
is like QSK should be on the K3 (my opinion!).
And I probably turn the K3 on more than the K2, but
it's pretty close.  If you read the charts on both the 
Elecraft page and the Sherwood page, there is not much
reason to buy any of the other radios in the same price
class!
