[CW] Phone Operator's Ten Best Reasons for not getting on CW

With appologies to David Letterman.

#10 - 10-4 is too difficult to send because no one knows the hyphen.

#9 - If God wanted man to do CW, he would have sewn his mouth shut.

#8 - The CW jack is in back and I'd have to move the radio.

#7 - There isn't enough room in front of the radio for a microphone and a key.

#6 - My reverb won't work with the key.

#5 - I can't drink beer while sending with the key and I can't
broadcast the burps I make.

#4 - I can't run ultrawide CW like I can on SSB as spark is illegal.

#3 - A key didn't come with the rig, but a microphone did.

#2 - When I'm on CW, I can't take out my dentures so I sound drunk.

And the #1 Reason why Phone Operators give for not getting on CW is:

#1 - I waited twenty years for W5YI to propagandize for "No Code" to
become a reality and I'll be damned if I'm going to give in now.

All meant in fun - no offense meant - I operate phone sometimes too!

73 and a tap of the code key to all,

DR
