[CW] methods to increase code copying speed

PRACTICE... PRACTICE... PRACTICE... AND MORE PRACTICE...

That is what I did.  I used to sit at the radio for 8 to 12 hours per shift 
and
copy broadcast after broadcast for the U. S. Navy.  I got my speed up to
60 wpm.  No problem.  Just practice.

p.s. it would be nice if when the subject of a thread changes that the
