[CW] Bugs on board ship

The period of the rolls (except in most extreme circumstances) is too long
to have any noticeable effect on a mass as small as the pendulum on a bug. 
Add to that the fact that most operating positions were situated such that
the operator faced athwartships, lessening further any effect of rolling.
