[CW] Computer Copy Common?

I don't remember much of it, either, but I do remember having a *lot*
of folks answer my 10WPM CQ at a (for me) blistering 15-and-up, and 
refuse to QRS for me. Sorry to have bothered them, but I was looking
for a conversation, and it takes two. 

I wouldn't be at all surprised if the folks on t'other end (A) aren't 
able to copy on their own at the speed at which you're sending, and 
(B) have run into some of those same refuse-to-QRS operators I mention
above. It would account for their (possibly timid) behavior, even in
athe absence of QRM and/or QRN and/or QSB.

To the timid ones: stick to your guns, Look for me on 20 CW and 40 CW, 
and occasionally on 30 and 17 CW. I'll slow down to your speed and 
chew the rag.
