Correct me if I'm wrong.. but another inconsistency in the recording 
is the SOS is sent incorrectly as three separate characters, as 
opposed to the established prosign version with the 9 elements strung 
together as one character.  That's the way it has been sent by 
mariners since its implementation in 1908.

Fake or real.. it's always interesting to hear a spark signal.
