It is wonderful to see some activity on this list.  At one time this
list was one of the busiest that I subscribed to - and in my opinion, 
one of the best.

I tend to use notepad+ for many things as it is very lightweight (tiny 
memory drain), notepad (the stock microsoft one) is a scond choice.

Ken, you and the others on the list are welcome to use my
Telegrapher's MILL font for your personal use.

30 wpm writing is quite a speed!  When I took my commercial 25 wpm exam, 
I seriously hunted for the fastest pen - it actually made a difference - 
at that time I found the Write Bros. ballpoint the fastest, now I think 
one of the Uniball Gell RT pens would be the fastest,

Look at the top of the page, and you'll see the link - there also is a 
link to some 500 kHz recordings - quite a bit of old recordings going 
back to 1915 (Charles Apgar, 2MN's recordings).
