[CW] FCC Actions - OOOOPS?

Thanks for the history rundown Jim. I kinda knew most of that but  
someone had made a comment about "you can operate CW anywhere" or some  
such. I should have included
the quote but my stupid program wont let me cut and paste, sorry.

Of course I can operate CW anywhere in the band (but I dont).  I will miss
operating the "Novice" bands though, gave me a small opportunity to  
mentor sort
of.
