[CW] FCC Actions - OOOOPS?

Generals not having 3600 to 3750 kHz is pretty terrible in my eyes.
This means that RTTY which is currently around 3610-3640 will have to
relocate. The hundreds of CW nets which operate between 3600 to 3750 will
have to relocate to below 3600 - but since RTTY is now relocated - it will
occupy 3570-3600 as is typical for the other bands.
Now the CW user - AND the nets will only have 3500-3570 for CW.
Of course the Inter-Canadian SSB nets will have to move down as now the
frequencies used will be shared with the southerners :-) below the border.
Seems to me that CW had half of its exclusive frequencies taken away.
Oh well - the pie gets smaller - and the pie enjoyers seems to be getting
smaller also.

If this really is a typo on FCC's part, it means that Generals will not have
3.600 to 3.750, which they have today.
