Hi, John--

>>I wasn't sure where else to ask so here goes<<

Idiom has support and contact links on their page at www.idiompress.com.

there are three exteneral connections to the keyer, any combination of which
could be causing the problem -- power supply, paddle, and transmitter cables.
First, all three of these cables should be shielded, and the shield of the
cable should be connected to ground through the equipment. If that doesn't
fix it, we sell ferrite line chokes at Morse Express--
http://www.MorseX.com/tools and you would install one on each cable as close as
possible to the keyer.

You might also want to look at where the stray RF is coming from-- might have
something to do with your station's RF ground, an antenna tuner, or the nature
and location of your antenna and feedline.

Hope this helps...
