[CW] RF into CMOS 4

I wasn't sure where else to ask so here goes.I use a Logikit CMOS 4 with
Bencher paddles and I believe I am getting RF into the keyer.  It will send
from all of the memories FB everywhere except 40 meters.  If I have the
power up full (100w), the keyer begins to send strange long-drawn-out
characters.  If I back down on power the sending returns back to normal, but
not until I crank down to approx. 40w.

I understand there is a ferrite fix for this problem, but I'm not sure what
to purchase or where to purchase from.  Any help would be greatly
appreciated!
