[CW] FCC ELIMINATING MORSE CODE EXAM REQUIREMENTS

Did this happen because we didn't care enough and act agressively to 
prevent what we all knew would happen? It's like shutting the barndoor 
after the horse left, but massive CW activity and immense pressure on 
the FCC, not just by the ARRl, but from all of us who do CW. Don't let 
it die especially with newcomers to the hobby. Keep pushing the QRP and 
contesting. It will probably never cone back to the licensing structure, 
but we can keep CW alive on the bands.

Now I'm grabbing for solutions, perhaps too late.....
