Mike,
I use LogiKey K1 and K3 keyers made by Idiom Press. These keyers have
the option of emulating one of three keyer timing schemes. The three
keyer timing scheme emulations are Logikey, Accukeyer and Curtis A.
Under each of these you can select dot and dash memory, dot memory
only or dash memory only.
The last option is "Iambic timing with NO dot or dash memory". I
believe this will solve your problem of having a element
automatically generated when you hit both finger pads at the same time.
