Yep,  the NCVEC QPC will likely now engineer the next step in dumbdown
runaway ( like thermal runaway !)  as they can "simplify" the question pool
at will.  The ARRL will join hands with Mr. Codeless (W5YI) and engineer 
a bottom line for themselves.  It's America....it's shamelessly about money.
