I've got one as well, but without the filtering. Type LK697 in Russian
marked underneath. Apparently made by Ukrainian Telegraphy Equipment
Plant ZTA in, as you say, Cherkassy. Quite a nice little key, sits on
the shelf next to various WT-8 Amp, J-37, Larkspur and RAF "Bathtub" keys
as examples of military keys.
