[CW] numbers ?

Just who the heck is the NCVEC?  I know what it stands for etc., but how did
they get into office?  I plead ignorance!  I have read their proposal, and
it is difficult to keep my comments decent.  It seems that they don't even
care about amateur radio, but rather something else.  So, who are they
"supposed" to represent?  (not me)  Who/what DO they represent?  How did
they get into "office"?  How can they be gotten rid of? (legally)
I guess anyone can make up a name.  What did Spock say?  Something like ...
I object to power without discipline.
