[CW] ARRL survey.

My problem isn't not being willing to help others learn CW, it's finding
those that want to take the time to learn it.  

Try offering a daily class on learning CW and see how many people show up
after the first day.

No one today would learn the code "like I did"--  today there
are PC's that will send you practice copy any flavor you want,
any speed you want, any time you want.
