Folks, I starting to think it really is true that some guys would complain
if you hanged them with a new rope!

No, Tony, it DOESN'T mean you're no longer needed!

It means that ARRL is planning to put some resources (can you say "people
and money") to support what you and many of us have been out here
independently for "over 35 years".  This program does NOT require you to
"take a course and pay money for it" in order to be an Elmer.
