[CW] subbands

Yes, I know that.  But I dont want that to continue, if things are going to 
be changed anyway.  There should be two portions in the narrow subband.  One 
for CW ONLY. The other for narrow band digital.  I certainly hope that between 
those two sub-subbands, there will be at least the total amount of bandwidth 
that presently exists.  Digital is booming, and I believe that both it and CW 
therefore deserve not to loose bandwidth to the wider modes.  Its probably 
whistling Dixie in the wind, as it appears ARRL doesn't really care, and the rest 
of the world does what each country wants anyway.  What we need is worldwide 
subbands.  Lotsa Luck
