[CW] QSL Bureau Woes

Hi all,
The 6th district incoming QSL bureau has be taken over by new
volunteers. This happened a couple of years ago. There are doing a real
good job. Maybe too good. I have been receiving envelopes from them
fairly regularly, with two or three QSLs in them. I am glad that they
are keeping up with the flow of cards. What troubles me is that by
sending an envelope with only two or three cards enclosed, instead of
ten or fifteen, the envelopes get used up real fast, and the $ savings
of using the bureau is virtually eliminated. I know the people who do
the work at the bureau are volunteers. And I know that there are no
doubt many impatient DXers who want to receive an envelope from the
bureau every month. Some DXers no doubt don't care if the envelope has
only one QSL card in it, especially if it is a new country for them. I
have been trying to figure out how to ask the volunteers to wait until
my envelopes have more QSLs in them before sending them to me, without
dampening their enthusiasm. Any suggestions?
