If Riley won't do his job as defined by his employer, the he needs to be
fired.  Plain as that.  If the FCC won't enforce their own rules, then you
guys need to spend some time pestering the crap out of them.  They'll
ignore a few squeaky wheels.  However, I bet there are a huge number of
hams that would support forcing the FCC to enforce it's own regs and a
half a million squeaks is a damn sight harder to ignore the lone shopping
cart with a bent axle.  I'll even be the first to step up to the plate -
I'll provide a place to host a website on this on my own hardware and my
own dime.  You guys provide the content.  I'll even pay to register a
domain name of your choosing.
