Hello dear OMs:

Alberto LU1DZ, Hector LU6UO and Fernando LW2DX, are going to Esquina City,
Corrientes, to operate from this "rare" Argentinian Province, between
January 22 and 27.

QTH : Lat 30 01 S - Long 59 53 W - Locator: GF09FX

They will have the calls:

LU1DZ/L Alberto Silva - Obligado 1175 - 1846 Adrogue - Bs. As. - Argentina -
QSL v�a EA3RE.

LU6UO/L H�ctor Ombroni - Calle 18 N� 275 - 6360 Gral. Pico - La Pampa -
Argentina.

LW2DX/L Fernando Fernandez - Granville 685 - 1846 Jos� M�rmol - Bs. As. -
Argentina.

"L" stands for Corrientes province, due to LU regulations. They plan to
operate in all HF bands, both CW and SSB.

All QSOs will be valid for the following GACW awards: Alfredo Luciano LU6DJX
and Antonio "Tony" Navatta LU5AQ, and Toda la Republica Argentina - TRA -
Radio Club Argentino, etc.

A local FM radio will spread a students contest about amateur radio. The
prizes will be several GACW t-shirts and "The Radio Amateur a safe way for
our children" GACW booklet.
