Point taken about Haynie may be just a spokesman and have no real power 
within the League.  But it still doesn't eliminate the reason I found 
his email to be scary.  Why would he feel the need to ask me for the 
results of the surveys?  They should have been easily available to him 
simply by asking ARRL staff.
