[CW] ARRL CW Survey

Exactly.  The ARRL BOD has a standing order based on the last surveys 
to encourage Morse and the retention of Morse testing in the USA.  And 
the ARRL management (aka Sumner) does absolutely nothing as proven by 
the abstain at the NVEC meeting last year.  Hail King Sumner!!!
