[CW] ARRL CW Survey

Write your ARRL officials? Good Point. But not all are in favor of the Pro
CW and the reason I dont get some type of a response and lack of a return
email. Surveys are going to do nothing. It is a done deal. Simple as that.
Just being realistic. Look at the past history with the FCC and past ARRL
surveys if you want to know why I feel that way.
