Well, they reduced the senior discount,  and now no OTC or friendship 
(ironic) certificates.
With all the other cr- er, um, stuff they are pulling,  I'm very disappointed,
but truthfully, not really surprised.  I think ARRL is going into panic mode.
I mean,  how much trouble is it for the league to keep these three programs 
going?

They probably polled 1000 non-members to help make the decision.
