Yes and no.  The Georgia SM sent out an email requesting all to 
complete a poll on the section website.  Promised results would be 
forwarded to the director.  The poll was conducted last October.  
Interestingly, one of the questions concerned the acceptability of a 
comprise if retaining CW testing for all licenses was not possible.  
That compromise was exactly what the BOD just passed.  Makes me think 
they had already made up their minds.
