[CW] 80 meter activity

80 meters also has an additional 100 khz for CW that
40 and 20 don't.  THose bands have the SSB portion
start 150 khz from the lower band edge.  On 80, it is
250 khz from the lower edge.  THere isn't much CW
activity in the 14.100 to 14.150 segment on 20.  15
meters has 200 khz for CW, as does 10 because the
28.200 to 28.300 is generally reserved for beacons.

I am not advocating moving the SSB portion down, just
making and observation.
