[CW] W5YI groups suggestions on ham radio licensing

A very good point Scott.  Especially if you are going
to be in the public view for your special event
station.  Also, try to get on CW and give out QSOs
during your state QSO party.  The Illinois QSO party
has become primarily a CW contest due to just such an
effort.  There is some SSB activity, but nothing
compared to the CW activity, and many of the mobiles
never run SSB during the contest.  

I was also surprised at how much CW activity I got
during the Oklahoma QSO party.  I had pileups at time,
but I think some of it may have been that there wasn't
alot of CW activity.  Of course on 20, and on 340 in
the evening I couldn't hear the other OK stations due
to skip distance.
