[CW] W5YI groups suggestions on ham radio licensing

Well worth repeating!
I'll add one or two more:
- Get on the air and *use* CW. Fill up the bands with signals, particlularly
on 80 meters.
- Demonstrate CW. For example, Field Day is coming up. Volunteer to go out
with a local club, set up a CW station or two or three, and show 'em how it's
done. Too many hams have never seen what CW can do in real life.
