As a FORMER Life Member of QCWA, let me warn you, however, that their BoD 
voted last October to SELL memebers private info to a bulk email outfit (spammer). 
This information was published in the Spring 2003 Newsletter, but members had no 
say. They did finally decide not to do it, but as the President told me, it was because 
"it turned out they didn't need the money." NOT due to any concern for privacy.
