HF is international crossing international borders. As such, FCC should
consider the comments of foreign Hams. I would rather hear what Hams have
to say than anyone else. Who says they are going to listen to US Hams? I
certainly would not hesitate however to complain to another nation's radio
administration if activities conducted from its jurisdiction affected radio
communications, not only Ham, in the US. 73 de tim kg6irh

responding to this, unless they happen to hold a US amateur license. Why
should they? Certainly no other foreign governments equivalent to the FCC
would care what I thought about their internal rule making. The place to do
that is with your own governments agency, and hope they take that response
onward to the ITU for its rulemaking. We missed out on that already, since
the ITU members voted to do away with the code requirments.
