[CW] Morse proficiency

I never saw it, but heard tales of one of the FCC's  Bureau Chiefs who =
could allegedly carry on a cw conversation at 40+ wpm and talk with =
people in the room at the same time.    Angelo Ditty ran the Atlanta FCC =
office for some years.    He also conducted ham radio exams in Atlanta =
and in other regional locations.   Ditty was always cordial and had the =
ability to calm nervous candidates for ham tickets.  He was less
jovial and strictly business when meeting with commercial broadcast =
people.
Ditty became something of a legend......whether it's all true or not.  =20
