I don't know if you used a AI6L(at)arrl(dot)net email address, but the
internet server that they're using in Italy is on a open mail relay list and
many of the servers - arrl.net for one - rejects ALL mail from there.

Call Earthlink customer service and ask them if they're blocking the domain
from which the Bengali company sends emails.

If they do, you're not going to get any email - why don't you call them?
Can't be very expensive.  I have AT&T international and it costs $0.09 a
minute for a call.
