[CW] Begali keys again

Looks like I am headed down the same path as Jim, W5HML. I hope the outcome
is the same. I ordered a key from Begali several days ago. The order did not
go through as two e-mails as the web site indicated. Only the message giving
the credit card info was generated and transmitted. So, I created and sent
another e-mail with the order and address. I have received no confirmation,
so after 3 days, I sent an e-mail inquiry. So far, no answer.
