[CW] CW Forever?

I'm of the "if there's no CW, it ain't ham radio" persuasion. But I'm 66, 
and strictly an HF person. I don't own an HT. One of my granddaughters is 
dabbling with the idea of becoming a ham. Will she do CW?

Fred's post was wonderful. Right out of "Road Warrior." For those fond of 
the Good Book, there is the Negro writer James Baldwin's citation: "God 
gave Noah the rainbow sign/No more water, the fire next time." Sounds about 
right.
